Our Mission

JDE's mission is to support & empower  women and children. This is so that eventually they can in turn pass that forward in their world and make it a better place.

It aims to serve the poor, disadvantaged as well as the challenged as a demonstration of what God Almighty is all about - unconditional love for all people. His teaching and answer to all is on Love. The love for Him (by putting in to action His teaching) and loving others as we love ourselves Matthew 22:35-40.

For women it is not necessarily about poverty but empowerment for those facing challenges especially those who have been through a traumatic experience and are stuck in a negative space.

JDE serves all regardless of their race or religion.

 

with CHILDREN

 

JDE aims to end child abuse, poverty and illiteracy in all parts of the world starting in the founders’ home country of Zimbabwe.

 

with WOMEN

 

JDE aims to support women who have been through any form of trauma, pain neglect  or abuse of any sort especially the emotional or psychological that is intangible and hard to relate to or for others to see and understand. It aims to help them find their worth and live a purpose filled life starting in the founders’ other home country of Australia.

Every woman has a story that must be told. Our aim is to give a voice to those who could not tell their own story and empower those who can;

Objectives

 

The organisation is established to be a charity whose purpose is

  1. With CHILDREN

  • Relieve poverty by providing funding for disadvantaged children to obtain an education in  primary and  secondary schools or tertiary educational institutions . 

  •  The organisation wishes to provide activities and programs to enhance the educational experiences of the children

  •  The organisation is established to be a charity whose purpose is to relieve poverty by undertaking any of the following activities -:

  • Providing parcels of food and other essential grocery items to homeless people and others who cannot afford to buy basic food and groceries for themselves and providing clothing to people who are homeless and others who cannot afford to buy clothing for themselves.

  • The organisation is established to be a charity whose purpose is to advance social or public welfare by providing access to medical care/equipment to hospitals, residential care facilities who are in need.

 

2.   with WOMEN


The organisation is established to be a charity whose purpose is to advance social or public welfare by providing:

  • Support women in a transition phase of their lives either with counselling, psychological and mental wellbeing, finances, legal support, goods or temporary accommodation, safety planning and the like to assist in relieving their immediate distress and needs.

  • Sponsor those women’s dream / calling projects to enable and support them to fulfill their purpose or calling in life by providing a platform for them to tell their story that can in turn encourage, save or be a solution to others facing similar challenges in the world.

  • The organisation is established to be a charity whose purpose is to share the Christian life by:

  • offering opportunities for worship and spiritual support for those who seek it

  • having a variety of references to pastoral care from different churches to nurture their spiritual development, and

  • undertaking other activities consistent with the above
